Probably less applicable in the PCT work environment but if you’re a Firefox (Firefox is an alternative browser to Internet Explorer) user at home and you are writing a paper or studying then Zotero might be an extension you want to consider using. Basically it acts as a reference manager, collecting, managing and citing the sources you’ve used. We used it to create the list of e-books for Friday’s post. All in all a useful little research tool at the Faders favourite price – nothing!
