Seeing the person in the patient: the point of care review paper from the King’s Fund looks at the care patients receive at the hands of the NHS. Using existing research and qualitative studies with patients and families, hospital staff and board members as evidence to support various interventions, this report suggests initiatives that have the potential to create sustainable change in patients’ care.
